Company's authorities
Company's authority is a Managing Board. The Managing Board deals with all issues concerning the company not reserved by law rules or Articles of the Company for the Stockholders Meeting. The Managing Board represents the company for all court proceedings and alternative dispute proceedings. The Managing Board is pursuant to the Polish Commercial Companies Code articles, Articles of the Association.
